    TM.30

Your residence must be registered with immigration (TM.30). This is required for visa extensions and reporting.

    90-Day Reporting

If staying in Thailand longer than 90 days, you must report to immigration every 90 days.

    Parent (Guardian) Visa

Parents accompanying their child may be eligible for a Guardian visa. This allows you to remain in Thailand while your child studies.

You will need your child's birth certificate and supporting documents.

    Important for Visa Planning

Visa timing should align with school term dates. Please refer to the academic calendar when planning your child's arrival and extensions.
