Important Requirements
Visa Letter
After enrolment and payment, BCIS will provide an official visa letter required for your child's visa application.
TM.30
Your residence must be registered with immigration (TM.30). This is required for visa extensions and reporting.
90-Day Reporting
If staying in Thailand longer than 90 days, you must report to immigration every 90 days.
Parent (Guardian) Visa
Parents accompanying their child may be eligible for a Guardian visa. This allows you to remain in Thailand while your child studies.
You will need your child's birth certificate and supporting documents.
