Strengthening the Home-School Partnership
We were pleased to host our termly Parent-Teacher Roundtable (PTRT) meeting, bringing together parents, senior leadership and teaching staff in an open, collaborative discussion about student progress and school development.
The PTRT is a cornerstone of our community approach at BCIS. We believe parents are partners in their children's education, and these regular meetings ensure that every voice is heard.
Topics Discussed
- Student progress and end-of-term assessment updates
- Plans for the upcoming Science Fair and Sports Day
- Enrichment programme expansion for next term
- Parent feedback on communication and reporting
- Community service initiatives and local partnerships
- Campus development and facilities improvements
"These roundtable meetings are one of the things I value most about BCIS. Where else can you sit down with the Head of School and talk openly about your child's education? It shows they genuinely care about what parents think."
— Claire D., parent
"Parent engagement is at the heart of what we do. The roundtable gives us direct feedback and helps us shape the school in a way that truly serves our community."
— Dr Marc Coleman, Head of School
